We are pleased to have completed on a freehold BESS acquisition in Uskmouth, South Wales. The project will be developed and operated via a newly formed partnership between Quinbrook and E.ON, who we look forward to welcoming to our tenant roster.
The nine-acre development site is located on brownfield land and will see a 230MW BESS facility built on the former coal stocking site of the decommissioned Power Station.

The Uskmouth site will house, what will be, one of the largest battery storage facilities in the UK and will sit well within our 30-asset investment portfolio of freehold grid-connected land.”
